It will be deleted and you might even be banned from Fiverr.  On Fiverr website menu. Click Buyer Requests (click more if it is not visible) You will see a list of buyer requests.  If you can do work in the given budget and time click send offer Choose a gig and set price and delivery time etc.  Send and hope for the best.  You can send 10 offers each day.
